What you get if you work with us
All of our projects are built in Open Source Content Management Systems (CMS). Why is this good for you? Well... after we have completed working together if you wanted to get your next door neighbor's best friend who did that online web course one time, to extend your site they can! (but we don't recommend this).
Some web design companies use their own custom built CMS which is fine, right until you have a problem and want someone else to make changes for you. See we're not allowed to edit their code to extend your CMS's capabilities (even though you paid for it). So you're locked in with that company.
Also all of our standard packages include responsive design. What is this? basically the website will scale and re-size information and elements on your website depending on the device viewing it. Our site has it included. Go ahead make your browser smaller and see what happens!
We will also give you 1 hr of face to face training at our office (in Canberra, Fyshwick). So you have the ability to make changes to your own site without having to pay someone to do it. You can have unlimited pages, menu items or cat photos. If you can edit a word document you can make changes to your website.
We sit down with you and ask the right questions, we recognise that each project is unique. Did you know there is 4 main ways to implement an e-commerse system, with 4 different ways to collect payments through gateways. Price can range hugely between all of these so sitting down with us to discuss your requirements we can recommend a system to best suit your needs.
Finally we don't force you to host your website with us (we don't even provide website hosting, but we know some guys if you need help). If you already have website hosting we will happily upload your brand new shiny site to your existing hosting.
