Returns Policy
If you have entered a payment with the incorrect amount we will gladly refund it as soon as we can.
Majority of our projects are on a 50% deposit, 50% upon completion. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due, after a quote is issued and approved by you. The balance of the 50% is to be paid at the end of the project, once project is approved and before the final package is delivered/uploaded. Work commences when deposit is received.
If for what ever reason you decide to stop the project at any time you will pay us in full for all of the work that we have produced until that point.
- Refunds are not available for domain name registrations, renewals and transfers. Generally this is completed through a third party we do it as a courtesy for you.
- Refunds will not be given for any quality customisation work done by one of our staff; including, yet not limited to logo design, website design, website customisation and content management.
- Refunds on websites will not be processed if the user has not kept their CMS up to date.
- Refunds will not be given for user errors. We install backup system in all our website so please use it.
Our refund policy is in addition to your statutory rights for applicable laws.
In some cases, if required we may need to request written authorisation in order to fully process refunds.
